When you send a request
The request form asks what you need, about your yard and when, your name, your phone number, your email address if you give one, your ZIP code, and anything else you choose to tell us. We also keep the wording you agreed to, when you sent the request, and the kind of browser you used.
Who sees it
Your request goes to one independent local provider who covers your ZIP code and does the kind of work you asked for. They use your details to get in touch about this job. They are a separate business, with their own practices.
If that provider can't take the job, we may pass your request to another local provider instead. If no provider covers your area and that kind of job yet, your request is kept and passed on as soon as one does.
Hometown Rise keeps a record of your request so it can make sure someone responds. The companies that host the site, send its email and keep our customer records handle your details only to do that for us. We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
If you give an email address, we email you to say your request arrived. If you email us at [email protected], we keep your message so we can reply.
Visits
When anyone visits this site, we record the page, the time, the website that linked to it and the kind of browser used, so we can see which pages are read. We don’t use cookies, we don’t store your IP address, and we don’t use advertising or third-party analytics tools.
Fonts
The site’s typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google’s servers for them when a page opens. Google’s privacy policy covers that request.
